The company Ferienhaus-Online GmbH, Aecherliweg 10, CH-6472 Erstfeld, provides holiday homes and holiday apartments as well as hotel accommodations and related services on behalf of their current owners. All information about accommodation, environment and infrastructure have been compiled on site with care and are as of 01.07.2018. Any changes are reserved. The contract is concluded with the booking confirmation. We strongly recommend our customers to take out travel cancellation insurance.
The prices contained in the price tables are binding. Price changes due to circumstances which can not be influenced by the Ferienhaus-Online GmbH, such as currency fluctuations or government fees and the like are reserved. Even with all additional costs changes can occur. A down payment of 20 to 30% (depending on the service provider) of the invoice amount is to be paid immediately after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance will be due without request six weeks before departure. In case of default, Ferienhaus-Online GmbH is entitled to withdraw.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the customer, the following rules apply:
a) For apartments
b) For Hotels:
The customer is obliged to check the accommodation provided to him immediately upon acceptance. Any defects affecting the performance are to be reported immediately to the local office or person in charge. If these impairing defects can not be remedied, Ferienhaus-Online GmbH must be notified immediately by telephone (+41.41.780.82.88) or in writing via fax (+41.41.780.82.40) or mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). A notice of defects must be given to Ferienhaus-Online GmbH within 24 hours after taking over the accommodation or using the relevant service. Also emerging later defects are also immediately on the same way to report. The service providers (homeowner, key holder, administrator, agency) are not legal representatives of Ferienhaus-Online GmbH and have no authority for the latter claims or legally binding statements. Your travel agency is also not authorized to accept warranty or damage claims. If a notice of defects is late, a claim for damages is forfeited. In the event of impairing defects, Ferienhaus-Online GmbH is entitled to offer the customer an equivalent accommodation / service. If this is rejected by the customer, there is no claim for damages.
Liability for slight negligence and generally for obvious misprints is expressly rejected. A customer who has suffered damage and has lodged a notice of defect in good time has to assert his claim for compensation within 7 days after the end of his vacation stay in writing to Ferienhaus-Online GmbH. The amount of the damage is limited to the invoice amount and can only cover the direct damage. Also excluded are claims for damages caused by force majeure, in particular war, political unrest, strike, environmental disasters and transport difficulties. Furthermore, the liability is excluded in case of temporary failures or disruptions in the electricity, water and gas supply, increased immissions through traffic diversion and construction sites and other circumstances which can not be influenced by the Ferienhaus-Online GmbH. Ferienhaus-Online GmbH is entitled to any kind of liability to offer the customer an equivalent accommodation or service as far as possible or, if necessary, to terminate the contract subject to reimbursement of the price less the service rendered.
The customer is liable for the damage caused to him by the rental property or hotel room. Normally, a deposit is required from the landlord, which is returned to the customer at the end of the holiday or will be charged directly with any additional costs.
For all disputes arising from this contract with the Ferienhaus-Online GmbH, the jurisdiction Uri / Switzerland is agreed and it is exclusively the Swiss law applicable.
A booking fee of CHF 35 / EUR 25 may be charged by Ferienhaus-Online GmbH for arranging a holiday home or holiday apartment or for hotel rooms, as well as ferries, rental cars and flights.
CHF 40 / EUR 30 per change of the contract until 60 days before departure. For shorter transfers, the cancellation costs are added.
When contracting a deposit between 20-30% is to be paid. For short-term bookings (less than 30 days) the full travel price is required. The final payment is normal until 6 weeks before departure by the customer without further request. We point out that in addition to the published prices, your booking office can additionally increase its own costs for the reservation and processing. The full payment of the travel price is the prerequisite for the delivery of the travel documents to the customer.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
