Le Case di Pozzetti are placed inside of a nice countryside estate - in a quiet, sunny and overlooking location - situated in locality Collesano on the hills surrounding Cefalù, 60 Km on the eastern side of Palermo. From the property - which is inserted in a particularly charming natural setting with the Parco delle Madonie (Reserve of the Madonie Mounts) at the back and the blue Tyrrhenian Sea in front of it - one enjoys a marvellous view. The hospitality to the guests is offered inside of a peculiar homestead which has been recently renewed and subdivided into four comfortable apartments. The lodgings have independent entrance, a terrace of their own and have been furnished with rustic style furniture of sober elegance. At a distance of nearly 50 metres from the apartments lies a beautiful shared swimming pool with solarium-terrace which is either at disposal of the guests and as well of the owner who occasionally lives in a villa settled in the vicinity of the homestead. Access to the property by a steep ascending (1 Km) road.

CEFALU’ is a world wide known tourist resort placed on the Tyrrhenian coast, 60 Km away on the eastern side of Palermo.
